  3. Written quote

    Scope, parts, and labor in writing. Work starts when you approve it, and any added work is quoted and approved first.

  4. Installation

    Clean, organized work, tested as it goes in.

  5. Walkthrough

    We test everything with you, set up any phone apps, and show you how to use the system.

2-year workmanship warranty

Labor on work we install is covered for two years — if a workmanship issue shows up in that window, we come back and make it right. Manufacturer parts carry their own warranties. Abuse, third-party changes, and storm damage aren’t covered.

Maintenance plans

Catch it before it fails.

Scheduled service for gates, access control, and cameras so problems are found before someone is locked out or a camera goes dark. Visit frequency is set to your property.

Common questions

Do you require a deposit?

Any deposit is listed on your quote before you approve the job — for example, when equipment has to be ordered.

How does scheduling work?

We’ll follow up to schedule an assessment, and once you approve the quote you’ll get a timeline for the work. If a gate is down or someone is locked out, say so when you reach out.

Can you add to my current system?

Often, yes — more cameras, another keypad or reader, battery backup, or a newer operator or recorder. We’ll tell you what’s worth keeping and what should be replaced.
